Curtis Burnett, 93

Curtis Burnett, age 93, departed this life on Wednesday August 26, 2026, at the Dublin Trail Nursing Facility in Dublin.

Curtis was born August 19, 1933, to the late Wade and Lena Bennett Curtis Burnett. Mr. Burnett is preceded in death by his three sisters, Mattie Bellamy, Willie Mae McClendon, and Earleen Refroe; and one son, Tony Curtis Burnett.

Mr. Burnett is survived by four daughters, Carol Fralin, Gloria Outler, Theresa Burnett and Sylvia Burnett; five sons, Tony Curtis Burnett, Curtis Burnett, Ricky Burnett, Ray Charles Burnett and Richard Lee Burnett; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one special niece, Vilene Lewis (Tootie); and other relatives and friends.

Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
