Greater St James Missionary Baptist Church, located in Swainsboro, will hold a Music, Minis-try and Me program on Friday, February 16 and Saturday, February 17. Registration begins at 6:15 p.m. Friday, followed by Session I at 6:30 p.m. Saturday’s program will begin at 9 a.m. A Pastor’s Breakfast, ‘Let’s Talk about It’, will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 10 a.m; Session II, 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.; lunch, 11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.; Session III, 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.

Facilitator for the program will be Levita Carter. Carter is a musician, inspiration-al/motivational speaker, content creator, teacher, conductor and performer.

Music, Ministry and Me is an exciting look at music in churches. This uplifting gathering will be a look at what we do, why we do, and how we worship and present worship during ser-vices. It will include a mixture of singing praising, pedagogical insight and spiritual direction.

Everyone is invited to join in this free two day excursion.
