According to the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office…

September 16

Victim stated he got an alert from his camera at his hunting camp and saw an unknown suspect standing at the door of his camper and told him to get off his property through the camera. Suspect left heading south of the property. Victim also stated someone was walking across his property the day prior.

Deputy met with complainant who stated she found her mailbox had been tampered with. C/p provided a picture of the mailbox which appeared to have electrical tape around it and zip tied shut. C/p also advised her neighbor’s mailbox looked the same as hers.
