The East Georgia State College (EGSC) Foundation is excited to host a Casino Night fundraising event for the second year in a row. The event will be held on Thursday, November 7 at 6 p.m. at the Nordson Center located at 210 West Moring Street in Swainsboro. The EGSC Foundation appreciates Nordson for being the venue sponsor of this year’s Casino Night!

The event will feature casino games that guests can play for a chance to win various prizes. Tickets for the event are $50 and include play money for the casino games and food. A silent auction will also be held during the event.

Tickets can be purchased by contacting Harley Smith at [email protected] or by visiting the EGSC website at ega.edu/events/casino-night. Limited tickets will be available for purchase at the door before the event. Attire for the event is business casual.

All money raised from the event will benefit the EGSC Foundation. The mission of the EGSC Foundation is to help transform and enhance the lives of EGSC’s diverse student population by providing educational opportunities, financial support, and advocacy for students. By generating, processing and allocating gifts, the Foundation supports efforts that enhance the quality of programs by funding scholarships, new academic initiatives, technology, endowments, faculty/staff development, athletic programs, and capital projects.

The EGSC Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the cause of higher education in the area through the development of the college. Since 1973 the EGSC Foundation has helped to make the future a bright one for hundreds of academically talented students. Attracting and retaining high quality students through a strong scholarship program has always been one of the priorities for the EGSC Foundation.

East Georgia State College would like to thank the many sponsors of the event and

everyone who has donated to the silent auction. If you are interested in donating to the

silent auction, please email Harley Smith at [email protected]. We hope to see you November 7!
