Annie was born March 25, 1940, in Johnson County, to the late Tom May, Sr. and Elizabeth Parker May. She attended school in Swainsboro. Annie will be forever remembered for her funny side-eye stern stares and her straightforwardness. Mrs. Roberts is preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Roberts; daughters, Shirley Williams and Anna Roberts; granddaughter, Jessica Roberts; and grandson, Nealrollis Roberts.

Mrs. Roberts memories will be cherished by her children, Alonzo (Veronica) Roberts, Linda (Willie) Williams, Johnny Roberts (Almeter, a devoted friend) and Sandra (Billy) Brown; sister, Mary May; 20 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
