Emanuel County Republican Party to hold Caucus and County Convention

On Saturday, March 15, at 9 a.m., The Emanuel County Republican Party will convene precinct Caucuses to elect Delegates and Alternate Delegates to The Emanuel County Republican Convention. The County Convention will convene on March 15, at 10 a.m. at the same location for the purpose of electing county party officers and Delegates and Alternate Delegates to the 12th Congressional District Convention and State Convention.

Both the Precinct Caucus and County Convention will be held at The Emanuel County Courthouse, 125 South Main Street, Swainsboro. You must be present at 9 a.m. to vote as a County Delegate at the County Convention. Registration starts at 8:15 a.m., and a valid ID and voter registration number is required to register for the convention. All Emanuel County residents who are legally registered to vote and believe in the principles of The Republican Party are urged to participate in this process.

The 12th Congressional District Convention will convene at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 26, in Vidalia. The District Convention will be electing officers for the District and State committee members for the next biennial. Delegates and Alternates will be required to pay a fee, which is to cover the cost of the Convention.

The Georgia Republican Party State Convention will convene on Friday, June 6, in Dalton, and will elect State Party Officers for the next biennial, in addition to conducting all other business as necessary. Delegates and Alternates will be required to pay a fee, which is to cover the cost of the Convention.
