Emanuel County Farm Bureau is taking applications for the Dolan E. Brown Memorial Scholarship. This $1200 scholarship is available to senior high school students and students attending a college or vocational school. The student may be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in an accredited program, either fulltime or part time. The scholarship will be based on the student’s academic performance, leadership abilities, and future plans as they relate to agriculture.
Today’s agriculture offers over 200 rewarding and challenging careers so you can see this covers a wide area. The winner will be chosen from the top five finalists. Applications are available at the Emanuel County Farm Bureau office, 320 Lambs Bridge Road, and must be returned by April 11, 2025.
