Stashara Iesha Worthen, age 32, of Metter, departed this world unexpectedly on Sunday, March 2, 2025.

Esha was born February 27, 1993, in Swainsboro, to the late Aretha Worthen and Tyrone Danford. She attended Swainsboro High School. She began working after high school and shortly after, started her family. Esha’s first priority was her children, and she worked hard to provide the best care for them. Her love for her girls will continue to shine brightly through them. Miss Worthen is preceded in death by her mother, Aretha Worthen; and maternal grandfather, Albert Worthen.

Miss Worthen is survived by her father; daughters, Ovanna Worthen and O’Shara Oglesby, both of Swainsboro; brothers, Darien Davis of Savannah and Lazarius McIntosh of Wadley; sisters, Lazuri (Solomon) Buie and Auija Locke, both of Swainsboro; maternal grandmother, Juanita Worthen of Swainsboro; paternal grandmother, Mary A. Jones of Wadley; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
