On Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at the regular meeting of the Swainsboro Exchange Club, City Administrator Herman Middlebrooks gave a review of various city projects in the works and fielded questions from club members. Some of the projects he discussed included the theater, the city auditorium, improvements in water lines and meters, road resurfacing and the restoration of City Hall among others.
