Grand jury returns 22 true bills, 0 no bills

The April 2025 term of the Emanuel County Grand Jury reconvened on Friday, June 13, 2025. The Grand Jury considered 22 bills of indictment, submitted to it by the office of the District Attorney, returning 22 true bill and 0 no bills.

The Grand Jury committee members were instructed to complete their inspections of the county offices and buildings and submit their reports to the Clerk’s Office by July 1, 2025.
