Mrs. Diana West Lott, age 77, was called into eternal rest after a short illness on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Regency Hospital in Macon. A Homecoming Celebration was held Saturday, October 4, at 1 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church with Pastor Delmus Mosley officiating and Pastor Rashan Gibbins presiding.

Diana was born August 24, 1948, in Kansas City, MO, to the late George, Sr. and Bernice Coleman West. She attended the Kansas City school system and graduated in Dallas with her GED. Diana worked for the city of Dallas for many years until her retirement. She was a member of The Eastern Stars. Mrs. Lott is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ronald West, Andre West and Voydell West; sisters, Bernadine West Cook, Janet West Workcuff, Gwendolyn West Scott, Yvonne West and Renee Dinse West.

Mrs. Lott leaves a legacy of loves ones to cherish many special memories to include her loving and devoted husband, Joe Lott, Jr.; daughters, Lota (Jerry) Whitehorn, Tina Watkins, Shelley Garcia, Carla (Mario) Garcia, Stephanie Wilcher and Dawn Lott; 32 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
