On October 20,2025 Sherri Watt, Johnny Tapley and Gary Mason had the honor and privilege of speaking to the Citizens Bank Student Advisory Board. The presentation covered Wreaths Across America 2025 and volunteerism in general. This year Wreaths Across America in Emanuel County will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025 with the Ceremony at the Swainsboro City Cemetery beginning at 11a.m. The Citizens Bank Youth Advisory Board will be assisting in the placement of wreaths on veterans’ grave sites following the ceremony.
Watt also highlighted the Make Emanuel Beautiful project and the Swainsboro Animal Shelter as opportunities for volunteerism in Swainsboro and Emanuel County.
