The Swainsboro Kiwanis Club joined the City of Swainsboro, community businesses, Emanuel Arts Council and the Karrah Center to bring a Fall Festival and Trick or Treat to the children in our community. The Kiwanis Club members handed out close to 200 bags of hot buttery popcorn. “We are all about serving the children, veterans and elderly in Emanuel County and beyond,” said Dianna Wedincamp, club president.
