The Four Rivers Patriots Chapter, Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution held its monthly meeting Thursday night, October 16, at Chatters Restaurant in Lyons at 7 p.m. With President Joel Keener presiding, they had 18 in attendance. After the invocation, President Keener led the Pledge to the U.S. Flag and the Pledge to the SAR. President Keener then introduce the speaker for the evening, Sterling (Skip) Skinner. His presentation was “USA: Most Unique and Most Blessed Nation”. Those in attendance from other chapters were Wiregrass members Dess Smith III.
