Wiregrass Chapter, Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution, presented their 42nd U.S. Flag Certificate on Monday, December 15, 2025, to Georgia Equipment Company, who recently erected a 35-foot flagpole to display the U.S. Flag. Owners Adam Lane and his son Tyler are both members of the Wiregrass Chapter, Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution. The “Certificate of Commendation” was given by Flag Chairman Gary Mason in recognition of exemplary Patriotism in the display of the Flag of the United States of America in the correct way. Recognizing people, businesses, organizations and the government with a U. S. Flag Certificate is a project of the Sons of the American Revolution. The Wiregrass Chapter began presenting these certificates in June 2014, and this project is an ongoing project of the Wiregrass Chapter, the GASSAR and the NSSAR. Wiregrass Chapter, Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution, will be honoring others with this certificate as well.
