On Wednesday, January 7, 2026, a ribbon cutting and grand opening was held for Pine Trail Cottages, LLC. PTC is owned and operated by Jeremy Faircloth and Derik Moore located at 190 Pine Tree Trail, Swainsboro. Swainsboro is privileged to welcome a new business and industry to our community, and we wish them continued success as they bring this exciting new venture to our area.
