It was an evening of heartfelt tributes as the David Emanuel Academy community gathered on Friday, Feb. 6, to celebrate Senior Night. Between the action on the court, the school paused to honor five senior student-athletes who have dedicated years of hard work and spirit to the Eagles basketball program.
The following seniors were escorted to center court, accompanied by their families, to receive a final “home game” salute: Richard Braddy (accompanied by his grandmother Pam Durden, mother Amanda Deloach and sister Zaylee Braddy); Revan Fortner (accompanied by his mother Angie and step-father Todd Robinson); Peyton Templeton (accompanied by his mother Brittany Templeton and father Shannon Scott); Addalyn Terwilliger (accompanied by her mother Allie Miller and father Paul Terwilliger); Aubrey Williams (accompanied by her parents Eddie & Beverly Williams).
