Alice Ann Mercer died Friday, October 25, 2024. Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 30, at the First Baptist Church in Twin City with Reverend Tommy Veal officiating. Burial followed in the Antioch Primitive Baptist Church cemetery.
Alice Ann was born on Friday, October 25, 2024. “Alice Ann is a gift from God that we will always cherish. We take comfort in knowing that she is in the arms of Jesus, and we will be with her one day.”
Alice Anne is survived by her parents, Peyton and Cassidy Heath Mercer of Twin City; paternal grandparents, Jim and Tracey Mercer of Twin City; maternal grandparents, Will and Alice Heath of Soperton; paternal great-grandparents, Jimmy Ray and Jackie Mercer of Twin City and Ed and Martha Touchberry of Dublin; maternal great-grandparents, Al and Jackie Heath of Soperton and B.C. Davis of Vidalia; two uncles, Tucker Heath and Lawson Mercer; and many other family members. Alice Ann is preceded in death by her maternal great-grandmother, Sherry Davis.
Higgs Funeral Home of Soperton was in charge of arrangements.
