Bevlon McMiller, age 76, transitioned from this life on Monday, July 21, 2025, at Wellstar MCG Health in Augusta. Funeral services were Saturday, July 26, at 3 p.dm. at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church. The family hosted a repass in the church fellowship hall following the funeral services.

Interment followed at Eastbrook Cemetery. Family received friends Friday, July 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Brandon Hopkins, Rashaud Archie, Ra’Quan Strowbridge, Darrell Archie, Jr., Davarri Archie and Dewan Somerville.

Bevlon was born August 13, 1948, in Wrightsville, to Charles and Annie McMiller. She was a caring, hardworking woman whose love for others knew no bounds. Ms. McMiller is preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Zebbie and Bobbie McMiller.

Those who will forever remember her include her children, Antonnia Tutts (Antonio) of Greenville, South Carolina, Kedra Archie (Craig) of Louisville, Darrell Archie (Mary) of Swainsboro and Anthony McMiller of Syracuse, New York; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild known to her as ‘Granny B’; and one sister, Teresa Kelley of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Though she’s transitioned from this life, the love she gave remains forever woven into the hearts of those she touched.

Chapman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
