Bobby Joe Edmond, age 76, passed away Monday, April 15, 2024. A Celebration of Life was held Saturday, April 20, at 3 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church with Pastor Jeanette Harden officiating and Pastor Malachi Lockett presiding.

Bobby was born October 4, 1947, to the late John Edmond and Fannie Mae Clark Edmond. He retired from Webb Brothers Trucking Company after many years of service as a truck driver. Mr. Edmond is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Helen Edmond; brother, Charlie Edmond; and sister, Mary Murphy.

Mr. Edmond leaves to cherish his memories with his sons, Christopher Williams (Shana) of Atlanta, Lee Edmond (Alicia) of Swainsboro and David Edmond (Shonda) of Twin City; daughters, Suzetta Mack and Shenika Edmond, both of Twin City; devoted niece, Brenda Faye Freeman (Ken) of Savannah; devoted friend, Susie Mae Cobb of Swainsboro; sister, Susie Williams of St. Petersburg, FL; 19 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
