Catherine Spikes, age 65, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro. A Celebration of Life was held Saturday, September 14, at 11 a.m. at Ohoopee Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Alan Moss, Sr. officiating and Pastor Matthew Davis presiding. Catherine was born May 28, 1959. She graduated from Wadley High School. Catherine worked in the healthcare industry and was a hard worker. She always had a smile on her face and brought great enthusiasm and energy into every room she entered.

Ms. Spikes leaves to cherish her memories with one daughter, Angelica Best of Swainsboro; three sons, Terry Spikes, Corey Best and Marquis Best, all of Swainsboro; four grandchildren, T’Rien Spikes, Tahj Spikes, Propers Morris and Tyderian Best; her children’s father, Larry Best; one sister, Janice (Jeffery) Jordan of Louisville; three brothers, Michael (Barbara) Little of Augusta, Willie James Little of Wadley and Curtis Lee Little of Bartow; two nieces; two nephews; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
