Charlie Hubert Nimmons III, age 75, of Soperton, passed away Monday, November 24, 2025. Graveside service was held Sunday, November 30, at 2 p.m. at Boiling Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Vic Fordham officiating.

Charlie was born September 1, 1950, to the late Charlie Nimmons Jr. and Imogene Faulkner Nimmons. He lived a life marked by hard work, dedication, and love for his family. Charlie was truly a jack of all trades. He took pride in his work and was the owner and operator of Nimmons Foreign Car Service for many years. Charlie was known for his generous spirit and warm heart. He loved Christmas, cooking, and especially his family. Mr. Nimmons is preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Melanie Dawn Nimmons.

Mr. Nimmons is survived by his daughter, Denise (Jose) Torres; son, Blake (Jena) Nimmons; brother, Bryan Nimmons; and grandchildren, Evan Torres and Emily Torres.

Chapman Funeral Home of Swainsboro was in charge of arrangements.
