This milestone reflects the company’s unwavering commitment to safety, made possible through integrating advanced automation, new equipment, enhanced training methodologies, and a dedicated recommitment to a culture prioritizing safety at all levels. Crider Foods’ accomplishments in-dicate its unparalleled commitment to safety and excellence in performance. “Ensuring the safety of our workforce and the community is a core principle of how we operate,” stated Doug Sikes, Safety Director at Crider Foods. Scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on April 11, 18, and 25, 2024, these gatherings will award 16 winners with various cash prizes total-ing $15,600. Eligibility for the drawings is exclusive to active hourly employees hired before January 23, 2024. All employees will receive a catered meal at the April 25, 2024, event.
