The Brier Creek Chapter held its monthly meeting Thursday night, July 3, at Walls Diner at 6:30 p.m. With President Lee Herron presiding, they had 18 in attendance. The speaker for the evening, Hu Daughtry, presented his program on the Parish Thaine House. Hu is a member of the Mill Creek Chapter, Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution in Statesboro.
