The Beta Beta Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma held its October 27 meeting at the Sudie Fulford Community Learning Center at East Georgia State College. Dr. Denise Warnock presented the program, “Generational Studies: Learning and Leadership in the Workplace.” Her presentation explored the characteristics of Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, Generation Z, and Generation Alpha, emphasizing each group’s unique values, strengths, and challenges in the workplace.
Dr. Warnock also discussed how advances in technology have influenced career paths and trends in post-secondary education and how these changes are impacting our society.
