January 13

Victim stated $113.99 was stolen from his Snap card.

Deputy observed a vehicle traveling 83 MPH in a 65 MPH zone, at which time he initiated a traffic stop. Driver did not have a driver license and was transported to EmCo Jail.

Deputies responded to Herndon Rd. in reference to a welfare check.

Report was made in reference to a theft incident on Leman Rd. Complainant advised someone entered through a rear bedroom window by pushing out a plywood board and took a stereo system and $50.

Deputy met with complainant on Summertown Church St. where complainant stated a chainsaw was taken from a company truck.

Victim stated offender made threats towards him and told him he was going to sit in his yard and blow his head off. Offender’s ex-wife and children have been staying at victim’s house with his daughters and victim’s ex-wife found out about it and has been calling offender and stirring him up.

Deputy responded to Hwy 192 North in reference to a domestic dispute. Complainant stated she received a spam call that woke offender up and an argument started, and offender became irate and punched her in the face. Deputy did not observe any marks on c/p. Offender stated c/p kicked him in the shin.

January 14

Victim states that without his knowledge, someone stole $500 off his Snap card.

January 15

Complainant stated she and offender were at the courthouse to watch a trial involving the City of Adrian. C/p advised she is currently on the City Council for Adrian and stated that as she was getting out of her vehicle, offender was getting out of her car and yelled to her asking if she called her a profanity name. C/p stated she ignored the comment and continued inside, and offender yelled at her again. C/p wanted a report because she believes offender will continue to harass her.
