May 10

Complainant reported that someone took $1,470 from her chime account and reimbursement was denied from Chime fraud department.

May 12

Complainant stated he ordered a package for victim and it never arrived at his address.

Deputies were dispatched to Rackettown Rd. in reference to complainant taking photos of offender pulling up beside him and chambering a firearm after a verbal exchange.

May 13

Deputy was dispatched to Scuffletown Rd. in reference to a stolen vehicle. Complainant stated his nephew stole his truck from the yard and al adder from the shed.

May 14

Complainant stated he purchased a tag for his who is in the military and mailed it to him but he never received. C/p checked with USPS and they cannot track down the tag.

May 15

Deputy met with complainant who stated offender keeps texting her inappropriate messages and sending her inappropriate videos of him. C/p stated she has repeatedly asked him to stop texting her but he continues. C/p advises she wants a TPO taken out on offender because she is afraid of him and what he might do to her. Deputy made contact with offender and advised him not to contact c/p and that a report was being made in reference to his harassing communications.

Deputy was dispatched to Kemp Rd. in reference to offender trespassing on complainant’s property. C/p advised there has been an ongoing issue with them and offender has been harassing him as well as the surrounding homes. Deputy spoke with offender who was snappy and her frustration increased as he was asking questions about the property line.

May 16

Complainants had two individuals go to their house trying to sell pine straw and they thought it was a scam so they called deputies. Deputy located the individuals and advised them not to come back to Emanuel Conty trying to sell pine straw.

May 17

Victim stated she has been getting harassing communication from her son’s ex-girlfriend’s wife.

May 18

Deputies responded to SPD in reference to a walk-in report where complainant stated he was struck by female offender.

Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 57 West due to offender taking complainant’s truck without permission while being intoxicated. Deputy met with c/p who stated offender has been taking the truck all day and doing burn outs, donuts and driving recklessly on Hwy 57. Offender was located walking and transported to EmCo Jail.
