May 19

Deputy took a walk-in report where complainant stated he dropped his vehicle off with offender to have work done on it and it has been sitting there for over a year and the vehicle won’t crank.

Deputy took a walk-in report in reference to a nuisance animal killing her livestock and destroying her property.

Deputies were dispatched to Mimosa Dr. in reference to a male riding a side-by-side shooting at complainant’s dog. C/p advised she and her dog were in the yard and offender rode by and shot at her dog. Contact was made with offender who stated he believed the dog was chasing him so he shot his bb gun to scare it.

May 20

Deputies responded to Mixon Rd. in reference to two males fighting. Both were arrested for disorderly conduct.

Deputy assisted GBI and Candler County with a Federal Warrant arrest at American Steel.

Deputies responded to US 1 S in reference to a mother and daughter fighting while driving. Deputies made contact with the vehicle and complainant stated her daughter/offender kicked her and was trying to attack her from the back seat. Offender was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Complainant stated she started talking with offender in 2023 and he has conned her out of $69,000. C/p gave the bit coin account number to deputy.

Deputy took a walk-in report where complainant asked what he could do about vehicles parking and being left on the Church grounds. Deputy ran the tag and contacted the registered owner who stated his wife has been driving the vehicle and he believes she has been cheating.

May 21

Complainant stated his tag was lost.

Complainant stated his SS# was compromised in August 2024 and he was not aware until May 2025.

Victim stated her neighbor took one of c/p’s pigs to her that she found dead. C/p also advised that offenders moved out and left two husky dogs and one small dog tied up at the house and the two huskies got loose and tore some fencing up to get to c/p’s pig.

Deputies responded to McGarrh Mill Pond Rd. in reference to aggravated assault. Victim sustained a puncture wound to the chest and EMS responded. Offender was placed under arrest.

Deputy responded to a possible break in on Allen Drive. There was no evidence of damage found at the residence nor any items taken.

Deputy responded to Allen Dr. in reference to a possible break-in.

May 22

Complainant stated she received a WalMart delivery to her residence on Halls Bridge Rd. and three dogs went on her porch and ate the food. C/p advised the same dogs are always getting into their trash.

May 23

Deputies responded to N. 2nd St. in reference to an unwanted male who had busted a window. 911 advised that two male subjects were fighting and one pulled a knife on the other. Offender was arrested after finding out that he had two outstanding warrants.

Deputies responded to a domestic violence that had already occurred on SW Railroad Avenue. C/p stated her baby daddy busted her lip and was hitting her and ripped her clothes. When trying to speak with offender, he took off and was found inside an abandoned house. Offender was arrested for family violence and transported to EmCo Jail.

Deputy took a report over the phone in reference to complainant stating he paid offender $500 five years ago to paint his vehicle and it has not been painted. C/p advised he just wants his vehicle and $500 back.

May 25

Deputy met with c/p in reference to an incident that occurred at Emanuel Discount. Complainant stated he was approached by offender who made a threat towards him.

May 26

Victim stated that he was remodeling his mother’s house on Green Grove Church Rd. when offender came over and began verbally threatening him. Offender was advised not to return to the property.
