June 16

Deputy responded to Marlynn Dr. in reference to complainant stating her pot belly pig was attacked by her neighbor’s dog when it got loose and went in the neighbor’s yard. Deputy advised c/p that since the pig went into the neighbor’s yard, the neighbor is not responsible for his dog attacking her pig.

Deputy took a report where complainant stated her ex/offender has been making threats about shooting himself, and c/p’s brother and her current boyfriend. C/p also stated of-fender is spreading rumors about her.

Deputies along with TCPD responded to Hwy 23 S in reference to a property dispute.

June 17

Deputy took a walk-in report where complainant stated he received a call from an unknown subject who is supposedly a blood set gang out of Dublin. Deputy spoke with Dublin PD and is keeping a check on the residence.

Deputy took a walk-in report where complainant stated she has been getting cyber stalked and harassed.

Deputy took a walk-in report where complainant stated he loaned his vehicle to a male sub-ject and has tried to reach out to him about getting it back and the male subject is ignoring his calls and texts. C/p stated he canceled the insurance on the vehicle.

Deputies served a warrant on Lewis St. and made contact with offender. Offender was rab-bling and did not understand why he was being arrested so it was explained to him and he was taken into custody.

June 18

Complainant stated her vehicle was repossessed and upon going to pick it up, she observed damage to the vehicle.

June 19

Deputy met with complainant on Owl Rd. in reference to a nuisance dog causing extensive damage to several livestock animals on his property. AC1 was called out to assist. Total damages were estimated to be $1,500 –$ 2,000.

Victim stated offender keeps making threats toward him and told victim he was going to bleed.

Complainant stated reckless driving and racing has been taking place on RJ Holder Rd., gen-erally between Thursday and Saturday nights. Deputy was stationed to enforce traffic viola-tions and did not observe speeding violations. Deputy did initiate a traffic stop on a golf cart ridden by a 15yo and 14yo and advised them they could not operate a gas-powered golf cart on the highway. Deputy also initiated a traffic stop on a SXS with two infants not in car seats and no registration displayed. Other stops were made for equipment violations as well. C/p was advised the area would be patrolled at times.

Deputy made contact with complainant in reference to a call that came through 911 concern-ing a verbal threat being made against c/p on Facebook messenger. C/p stated offender threatened to slander c/p on social media if she did not pay his girlfriend the money she owed for babysitting.

Report was made in reference to a possible repossession of a Handi House storage unit that was found missing from Hwy 192 N. C/p stated the storage unit contained several high val-ue items that included a motorcycle and several hundred dollars worth of tools. C/p also advised the repossession company did not notify the owner and drove around the front lawn fence to enter the property. C/p was advised to reach out to the lienholder of the handi house in order to reclaim the items.

Complainant stated his daughter had permission to drive his vehicle, but offender did not have permission to drive it and took it without permission and got into a wreck.

June 20

Deputy took offender into custody for several outstanding warrants and transported him to EmCo Jail.

Deputies were dispatched to Old Nunez Rd. in reference to a physical altercation. Offender was highly intoxicated, verbally aggressive and non-compliant to the point he was placed under arrested and transported to EmCo Jail.

Deputies executed an arrest warrant on offender on Rentz St. Offender stated he was given the wrong court date.

Deputy was dispatched to Estate Dr. in reference to some construction work that had not been completed, and workers were upset that they had not been paid. Complainant stated he and his wife contracted a group of workers to do some remodeling to their home, and they were paid $15,000 then $6,000, and still owes them $9,000, and the work still has not been completed and he would not be paying them the final $9,000. C/p stated he asked them multiple times to leave the house, and they wouldn’t, so he went to push offender, and he drew back like he was going to hit him, so c/p went to his room to get his firearm because he felt threatened. It was advised that the work had been completed except a piece of counter-top that was being cut, and he had done what was in the contract and c/p was to finish the rest, and c/p was aggressive toward them, and he felt like they didn’t do anything out the way except try to get paid. C/p stated he did not want the company back on his property.
