July 1
Deputy met with complainant on Canoochee Rd. in reference to two large dogs running at her. C/p advised she had to jump from the porch to run to her vehicle, causing her to injure her knee and back.
July 4
Deputies responded to Leman Rd. in reference to an abandoned vehicle in complainant’s yard. C/p stated the vehicle appeared to have front end damage from a crash. Deputies observed tire tracks across the yard and down into the ditch and believes the vehicle failed to stop at the stop sign causing the driver to lose control before coming to a stop in c/p’s yard. Vehicle was towed.
July 5
Deputies received a call in reference to a wife being irate and saying she may harm herself. Complainant stated he and his wife had been arguing all day, and she left in her car. Deputies made contact with her and advised her to return home so they could check on her. She arrived and stated she was ok, and she and her husband had been having some issues.
Deputy responded to Stokes Ave. in reference to complainant’s boyfriend acting strange and walking around with a knife. Deputy made contact with offender who was intoxicated and wouldn’t follow directions. He finally went outside and stated if he could go home, he would not be back at the address again. C/p stated offender never showed any anger towards her or her children or threatened them in any way, but she just wanted him gone from her home. Offender was transported home and c/p stated he could get his things later.
Deputy responded to Pinecone Way in reference to missing battery cables from his golf cart.
Deputies responded to a domestic dispute involving a gun. Offender stated he and his girlfriend were arguing, and he was acting like he had a real gun pointed at his head and it was a BB gun. Complainant stated she and offender had been arguing since the night prior and she was tired of offender and asked him to leave several times, but he refused and pulled the gun out like it was real and pointed it at his head. C/p stated she does not want offender back. Offender was advised to leave c/p’s mother’s property and not to return.
July 6
Deputies assisted Swainsboro Fire with traffic control with a vehicle fire.
