According to the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office…

August 19

Deputy met with complainant and victims at ECSO in reference to harassing communication. C/p stated that she and offender were previously in a relationship and separated appx. three weeks ago due to offender being physically abusive. C/p stated that since the separation, offender has been harassing her and made statements of wanting to fight with c/p and her family members.

August 21

Deputies responded to Old McLeod Bridge Rd. in reference to complainant being followed. C/p advised both offenders were threatening her at the store then proceeded to follow her home and she turned into a random driveway and offenders passed by.

August 22

Deputies were dispatched to Walnut Rd. in reference to a dispute where complainant stated she was abused by offender on two different days.

August 23

Complainant was attending the ECI football game and upon leaving, found that someone damaged her vehicle. C/p stated she spoke with an individual that stated he saw a male subject kicking her passenger door, then got into a Jeep and left.

August 25

Deputies responded to Central St. in reference to a dispute. Complainant advised she was walking and encountered offender who began to follow her while curing and threatening her. Offender had left the scene but was located a short distance away and deputies asked about the incident and offender stated ha and c/p dated but had split up and c/p got mad that threw a razor knife at him because he told c/p’s neighbor that c/p steals. Offender was found to have warrants and was placed under arrest and transported to EmCo Jail.

Deputies were dispatched to Wilson Rd. in reference to a domestic dispute. Complainant stated she and her husband were arguing while moving furniture around the house and offender stated dumping clothes out of her dresser drawers onto the floor and curing her, at which time she threw a bucket at him, and he slapped her in the face.

August 26

Deputies responded to Ray Henry Rd. in reference to someone in complainant’s yard. C/p stated he heard a noise under his garage, then his shop. C/p advised he grabbed his rifle and went to check it out and saw a shadow of a man running across his pond dam, then heard a door shut and a car speed off.
