On Thursday, December 11, 2025, the Swainsboro Police Department/Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office Drug Suppression Unit served a search warrant in Twin City. The information for the investigation came from Twin City Police Chief Kevin Jarriel who also aided in the search.
The following were arrested: Anthony R Holloway – Possession of Meth, Possession of Marijuana,Possession of Drug Related Objects; Jennifer E Shumpert – Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance (2 counts), Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Related Objects; Madison L Cotton – Possession of Meth, Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Related Objects; Bonnie C Shumpert – Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Related Objects
