Franklin Memorial Library has been planning an exciting summer for the public these past few months. During the month of May, we have many opportunities for the public to come join our festivities. We will begin registration for the Summer Reading Program all month long in May, so come in to sign your kid(s) up and get a head start on reaching goals to win prizes. We are hosting performances from performers across the state of Georgia for the Summer Reading Program. We are happy to announce that we will have Chad Crews to perform a magic show for our SRP Kick Off celebration, Chad captures the hearts of kids and parents with a captivating magical performance. This event will be held at the library and will start at 2 p.m. with lemonade, popcorn, and cotton candy to follow. You do not need to sign up for this event as all are welcome to attend.
