On November 1, please note that the library will open later than usual. We will open at 10 a.m. due to a staff meeting. This is part of our dedication to delivering the best services to our community. We appreciate your understanding. On November 2, young mathematicians are invited to join the Crazy 8’s Math Club at 4 p.m. This after-school club will help kids fall in love with numbers in a fun, hands-on environment, for 1st and 2nd grade. November 3 is filled with exciting activities for both young children and adults. Beginning at 10:30 am, we will host Toddler Time, where little ones can enjoy a morning of age-appropriate story and activities. In the afternoon, local author Corbie Shaw, will be signing copies of her book at 4 p.m. This is a unique opportunity for book lovers to meet a local author and have their book signed. At the same time, kids can join us for a fun craft session, where they’ll be creating their very own Pinecone Turkey just in time for Thanksgiving. Franklin Memorial Library is thrilled to provide these engaging programs and events to the community. We remain committed to fostering a love of reading, learning, and exploration for all ages. We can wait to see you at the library!
