Twin City Lions Club held their November meeting Thursday, November 6, at Simply Southern in Twin City with Scotty Hattaway speaking to members and guests about the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Lion Hattaway is the local FCA Emanuel County Area Representative and serves all the public schools in the area, as well as DEA and East Georgia State College. The goal of FCA is to lead each coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. FCA carries out this mission through campus huddles, camps, community ministries, and resources that encourage discipleship, spiritual growth, and Christ-centered leadership in sports.
