Mr. Lee Franklin Pulliam, age 89, passed away Friday, August 22, 2025, at Summer Willow Personal Care Home in Nunez. Memorial services were held Friday, August 29, at 11 a.m. at Twin City Methodist Church with Rev. Randall Smith officiating.

Lee was born February 20, 1936, in Martin, GA, Stephens County, to the late Cecil and Mamie Pulliam. After high school, he served his country in the United States Air Force for nearly four years. Lee then attended and graduated from college and began seminary at Hardin–Simmons University in Abilene, TX. He began his long ministerial career thereafter and had pastored at many churches around Georgia for many years. Lee was lastly a devoted member of the Twin City Methodist Church. In his free time, he enjoyed going hunting, fishing, tending to his garden and watching birds at his feeders – he enjoyed nature in any form. Mr. Pulliam is preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Geraldine Lawhon and Christine Helmantoler.

Mr. Pulliam is survived by his children and their spouses, Kyle (Debbie) Pulliam of Evans and Leisa (Joe) Ondrejik of Round Rock, TX; grandchildren, Steven (Sarah) Pulliam of Pennsylvania, Kelly (Daniel) Garon of Atlanta, Andrew Ondrejik and Joey Ondrejik, both of Round Rock, TX; and niece, Sheila Helmantoler of Greenville, SC.

Chapman Funeral Home of Swainsboro was in charge of arrangements.
