Lisenby speaks to Mill Creek

The Mill Creek Chapter, Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution, held its monthly meeting, Tuesday, November 18, at the Old Timey Restaurant at 6 p.m. With Vice President Charles Perry presiding, they had seven in attendance. After the invocation and Pledges to the U.S. Flag and the SAR, Vice President Charles asked East Fall Line Region Vice President Dess Smith III to introduce the program presenter for the night, Mike Lisenby. Mike talked about the Revolutionary War and the battles leading up to the Battle of Yorktown. His presentation included stories about his dad and his uncle that was killed on his 8th day in the Korean War.
