The Eagles jumped out to the lead in the bottom of the first inning after Kate Yeomans drew a walk, scoring one run, Evie Moore tripled, scoring two runs, and a wild pitch scored one run. The Middle School Eagles added to their early lead in the bottom of the second inning after Blakely Brinson walked, and Lara McNure was struck by a pitch, each scoring one run. A passed ball extended the DEA lead to 7-0 in the bottom of the third inning. Rayleigh Faircloth earned the win for the Eagles.
