Miss Brittany Hall, bride-elect of Mr. Stephen Kyle Williams, was honored with a bridal shower at the home of Letha Hall on Saturday, April 13, at 2 p.m. As guests entered the home, they were greeted by a welcome sign that read, “Welcome to Brittany’s Bridal Shower.” The theme of the party was ‘Something Blue before I do.” Befittingly so, the Hall residence was decorated throughout with French country blue toile patterns and vases. Additionally, each table had a floral arrangement of white and blue hydrangeas that were individually created and designed by the bride’s grandmother, Letha Hall. Napkins were adorned with a “W”, the bride-elect’s last initial. A blue balloon arch, created by Dena Walden, hung above the gift table that was covered by a toile and burlap tablecloth. Miss Hall chose a white, strapless romper with a ruffled top and nude heels as her attire.

Guests enjoyed chicken salad croissants, barbeque chicken sliders, pepperoni sliders, ham and cheese sliders, fruit dip, lady fingers, cheese biscuits, sausage balls, pecan squares, pasta salad, bread bowl fondue, coffee punch, and a two-tier cake made by Melanie Anderson.

Hostesses were the bride’s grandmother, Letha Hall; bride’s aunt, Hannah Peterson; and bride’s stepmom, Katie Hall.

Special guests were the mother of the bride, Penny Porcel and mother of the groom, Dawn Cannady Williams. Many close family members and friends were also in attendance.

The wedding is set for May 4, 2024, at 6 p.m. at Quinney Oaks Plantation in Millen. A reception will follow at the same location.
