Penny Porcel and Chris (Katie) Hall are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brittany Christina Hall, to Stephen Kyle Williams. Mr. Williams is the son of Steve and Dawn Williams of Swainsboro.

The bride-elect is 2013 graduate of Swainsboro High School. Brittany holds an associate degree in drafting and design from Savannah Technical College and is the accounting administrator for Swainsboro Ford. She is also the part-time business and media manager and decorator for Miranda Mikell Events by design. Miss Hall is the granddaughter of Gail Porcel and the late Fred Porcel of Swainsboro and James and Letha Hall of Canoochee.

The future groom is a 2010 graduate of Swainsboro High School. Kyle attended East Georgia State College with a basis in Business before receiving his degree in accounting at Southeastern Technical College in the Fall of 2013. He is also the owner of Better Dollar Remodel and is employed with Battle Lumber Company as a bookkeeper and shipping clerk. Mr. Williams is the grandson of the late Jack and Becky Canady of Swainsboro, Glenn (Grace) Williams of Kite and Laura Mason of Swainsboro.

The wedding is set for May 4, 2024, at 6 p.m. at Quinney Oaks Plantation in Millen. A reception will follow at the same location.
