Emanuel Medical Center Nursing Home’s pageant was held Thursday, April 24 at 6 p.m. Priscilla Nesbit and David Smith were crowned king and queen. 1st Runner-Up in the men’s division was Clifford Kitchens and 2nd Runner-Up was Freddie Robinson. In the ladies division, 1st Runner-Up went to Betty Bolden; 2nd Runner-Up was Barbara Stevens; and 3rd Runner-Up was Emily Maupin.

“Our residents had the best time dressing up and being pampered by some wonderful volunteers. It takes a village and we have the best! Thank you to the judges, our local queens, dancers, community for donations, Jade at Merle Norman for the good luck gifts, residents family and friends, and our fantastic staff at Emanuel County Nursing Home! We could NOT have done this without you all! They all felt like Kings and Queens because of you all,” stated Activity Director Missy Mills.
