Mrs. Penny Lee Blalock, age 63, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at her residence. Funeral services were held Friday, October 25, at 2 p.m. in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial followed in Dublin Memorial Gardens with Pastor Joe Gabbard officiating. Family received friends Friday, October 25, from 1 to 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers were Dylan Ward, Damon Ward, D.J. Lathan, William Brantley, Todd Evans and Gage Brantley.

Mrs. Blalock was born February 23, 1961, in Swainsboro, to the late Earl Hood and Elon Watts Grant. She was a former manager with Krispy Chic in Vidalia. Penny was a happy and fun-loving person who loved her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She loved to cook and enjoyed feeding people. Mrs. Blalock is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Terry Harrison.

Mrs. Blalock is survived by her two sons, Michael Harrison (Sweets) and Shane Hairr (April); two daughters, Terri Lee Lathan (Daniel) and Delaine Evans (Todd); brother, Earl Hood, Jr. (Connie); grandchildren, Daylon Hairr, Devin Renfro, Damin Renfro, Dylan Ward, Damon Ward, Kylan Evans, D.J. Lathan and Jayla Lathan.

Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel was charge of funeral arrangements.
