4-Hers prepare Breakfast for Vets



The Veterans at the Library held their weekly meeting on Monday, October 31, 2022, at the Franklin Memorial Library at 9:15. Chair John Tapley presided, there were 36 in attendance including 4 guests.

Faith Ann Rogers, 11th grade student at SHS and Sam Williams, 8th grade homeschooler, both 4-Hers in Emanuel County prepared breakfast.

They are both part of the Emanuel County 4-H food challenge team and both will compete in Foods Projects at Rock Eagle District Project Achievement in February 2023. They baked 2 pans of sausage/egg casserole and a cake.

All Veterans are invited each Monday morning at 9:15 to meet with the group except Monday holidays.
