Bowman, Wells announce engagement

Proud parents Mr. Travis and Mrs. Kym Bowman of Stillmore are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Julia Caitlyn Bowman, to Mr. Tristan River Mullins Wells. He is the son of Courtney & Doys O'Steen of Odum.

The bride-elect is a 2019 honor graduate of Emanuel County Institute. She is currently a dental assistant at Hometown Family Dental.

Miss Bowman is the granddaughter of Deborah & the late Cecil Scott of Twin City, Iretta & the late Lott Youmans of Stillmore, and the late Jimmy Bowman of Donalds, SC.

The future groom is a 2016 graduate of Emanuel County Institute. He is a 2021 graduate of Southeastern Technical College where he holds an Electrician's degree. Tristan is currently a manager and maintenance tech at Mojo's X-Press Wash in Waynesboro.

His grandparents include Marilyn Brown of Midville and the late David Mullins of Millen.

The wedding is set for April 8, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at The Brice House in Vidalia. Formal invitations will be sent. The happy couple is registered at Amazon, Walmart, Martha's & More in Metter, Burlap & Lace in Metter, and Yard Master.
