Brenda Grace Riner, 63

Funeral services for Brenda Grace Riner, 63 of Swainsboro, were held Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Reverend Rusty Moore and Joey Goodman officiating. Interment followed at Mount Shady Baptist Church Cemetery. The family received friends Monday, August 16, 2021 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home. She passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Emanuel Medical Center following an extended illness.
Mrs. Brenda Grace Riner was born May 10, 1958 in Swainsboro to the late Eddie Hall and Ruby Wilkerson Hall. She loved doing word search puzzles and coloring. Her kids and grandbabies were her world. She loved all of her family, and to know her was to simply love her. Mrs. Riner loved going to church and attending church events. Her faith in God was so strong; she lived by the saying “God’s got me.” Her smile was so contagious, and she never knew the word “no.” She will be missed by many. Mrs. Riner was a member of Mount Shady Baptist. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Riner; grandson, Pooh; sister, Ruby Ashley; and brothers, Eddie D. Hall and Derrick Hall.
Survivors include her son, Bobby (April) Copeland of Midville; daughters, Jennie (Lowell) McCaskill and Katie Riner, both of Swainsboro; brother, Ricky (Lorian) Hall of Swainsboro; sisters, Margaret Holt of Swainsboro and Kathy Hall of Adrian; grandchildren, Kalie Copeland, Dillon (Tawny) Copeland, Brenda (Austin) Masters, Nathan Copeland, Brittany Copeland, Jaylynn Riner, Baylie Copeland, and Briley Crabb; and great-grandchildren, Eli Meeks and Gracie Meeks.
Pallbearers were Mark Driggers, Dillon Copeland, Pat Valliere, Larry Wilkerson, Kenneth Scott, and Jasper Henry.
Chapman Funeral Home of Swainsboro was in charge of arrangements.
