Burns visits Twin City Lions Club

On Thursday, October 6th, State Senator Max Burns of Georgia’s 23rd district, visited the Twin City Lions Club as a guest speaker at their monthly lunch meeting at Simply Southern in Twin City. Senator Burns updated the Lions about recent and upcoming legislation in the state such as the voter changes in Georgia to help secure elections, Georgia’s economic growth in the past few years and especially the growth towards Savannah due to the Georgia Ports as well as potential laws to ensure District Attorney’s enforce the law amongst other topics.
