Bust on Falcon Trail lands two in jail
Two individuals have been arrested and charged after the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office found a large quantity of methamphetamine and a smaller quantity of marijuana in their presence. The defendants involved are both from Swainsboro: 34-year-old Nazarene Darr Harmon and 50-year-old Anthony Stephens Rich.
Deputies were dispatched this past Saturday, October 9, to a residence on Falcon Trail for illegal drug activity. Then, a search warrant was obtained as a result of officials’ observation.
A Swainsboro police officer and his K-9 arrived and helped deputies serve the warrant, which produced the drugs.
Harmon and Rich alike are charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug-related objects. They were taken into custody and transported to the Emanuel County Jail, where they remain today.
