Chamber Member Spotlight: W.L. Installers

The W.L. Installers story started in June 1992 in Minneapolis, Minnesota with the company doing all types of installations of conveyor systems, pallet racks, and the like. The company relocated to South Florida in 1993 and soon became a licensed Florida general contractor and a licensed transport assembly master for Dade & Broward counties. Headquartered in Hollywood, Florida, W.L. Installers has grown 30 to 50 percent annually for two decades. The company, founded by William Charles LaRoque, consists of W.L. Installers, Inc., which is the reliable nationwide installation service that has been doing small to multi-million-dollar installations for nearly 30 years; W.L. Construction, which handles all general contracting duties and permitting in the state of Florida; LaRoque Construction, which handles all the general contracting duties and permitting in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina; and W.L. Electrical Services, which can provide electrical services needed for warehouses, including new energy-efficient lighting, conveyor power and controls, battery charging stations, and warehouse buildouts. With all the licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, training, and experience, W.L. Installers is the right choice for your next project—and the company is now doing business in Swainsboro!

The business specializes in the installing and servicing conveyor, racking, and many other types of material handling equipment. The W.L. Installers, Inc. mission is to provide quality and professional services to the material handling industry. The local office, which currently has four employees, decided to come to Swainsboro because it looked like a good community. Additionally, business has also been doing projects for a while in Dublin, Stillmore, Vidalia, and Savannah, so Swainsboro’s close proximity to those towns seemed like a good fit as well. W.L. Installers is excited to grow with Swainsboro and looks forward to working with others here and in the surrounding areas. W.L. Installers joined the chamber because the business would love to work within the community.

The Swainsboro-Emanuel Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Thursday, June 10, 2021 for W.L. Installers on Electric Drive in Swainsboro. A story about that event can be found elsewhere on this site.
