Christmas Happiness

This is James Welton Rocker. He is the son of Matthew and Amy Rocker. James Welton loves Christmas and all it brings. He has what they call GRIN, which is a gene mutation that affects the neurodevelopment of children, and causes developmental delays. This doesn’t hold him back from enjoying what he loves. He also has Cortical Vision Impairment so his favorite thing to look at is lights. You can imagine how much he loves this time of year because everywhere you see has some sort of lights. Lights bring him happiness over everything else, which is what makes Christmas so special for him and his family.
