Come help The Crossroads celebrate its first birthday

Updated: Jan 21, 2022

To the community,

Consider this a formal invitation to help Emanuel County’s newest newspaper commemorate its first year in business.

This Thursday, January 20, at The Chronicle’s office located at 571 South Main Street in Swainsboro from 5 to 7 p.m., staff members will be on hand to meet and greet supporters of the paper, answer questions, reminisce about the last 12 months, and talk about memorable stories published since the inaugural edition on January 20, 2021. There will also be a ribbon cutting ceremony, and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Alan Brasher will be providing live entertainment as well. Door prizes will also be given away throughout the duration of the event.

Please help spread the word and be sure to come out to mark the historic occasion.

It has been a pleasure to serve you this last year, and we look forward to continuing to do so this year and beyond.
